A little over a week ago we met for a playdate at my house. It couldn't have been a more beautiful fall afternoon. Those in attendance were: Sharon Brown Dove, Mary Robins Longhurst, Jocelynn Quist Tippets, myself and Jenny Miller Fairey!
That's right, Jenny Miller Fairey has been living all over the country with her husband in the Air Force. They are back in town and living in the valley for now. She has four boys and here she is pictured with her youngest, Curtis. If she sends me a family photo I will post that another time.
Here's a picture of Jocelynn. That girl is really something. She invited me over a month ago and I made her pull out every painting she ever painted. She paints the most beautiful watercolors. Maybe sometime she'll let me post a few of them. She has also illustrated her own book and makes board games too.
In this next picture you can see Sharon and Mary in the background. Sharon only brought her youngest to the reunion, but she has three more. What a busy mom!
Mary was pregnant at the reunion, but now has a beautiful baby boy. We had a great time and would love to see any other valley girls with kids at the next playdate this week. Email me for details.
