Found: Toyn's Rules

Jared Adams used to battle it out on the four square with Mitch Montgomery and Kevin Frank. He remembers these rules:

1. Only the king can serve
2. You can only serve from within the quarter circle at the back of the square.
3. Only two-handed underhand hits are allowed, no:
-bubbles
-double hits
-scoop hits
-overhand spikes
-one-handed hits
4. No carries or holding
5. Any part of the line is in.
6. You cannot leave your square to hit the ball
